We are working tirelessly to produce and ship out our masks quickly, safely and responsibly. The shipping dates are estimates and could be delayed by a week as currently medical supplies (as they should) are getting priority in air freight.
The current batch of masks are made in India at the same factory that we have been using for years to produce our medical scrubs. The masks are shipped via Fedex or USPS from our warehouse in Huntsville, AL :)
Have no fear! We are shipping out masks as we receive them so there is a chance your full order is not shipped together and will arrive in 2-3 separate packages.
Yes! Filters are in stock and we can ship them same day if you let us know by 12 PM EST. Simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number and let us know that you would like to receive the filters early. If we don't hear from you then the filters will be shipped along with the rest of your order!
It's simple. You decide how often you want scrubs delivered and that is what we will do! Select 4 scrubs to be delivered once every 6 months or select just 1 pair of scrubs to be delivered every 2 months. You're in control - Cancel anytime online (no phone calls required)!
Absolutely not and we personally HATE companies that require you to call to cancel. Who has the time?!
There is a reason this is the second question on our FAQ's. Unlike other subscription brands who would hide this question waaay below in the FAQ's, we like to lead with how easy it is to cancel.
To cancel your subscription sign into your account and click on Manage Subscriptions. Next to each product you want to cancel, click "Edit". Then, on the individual product's page, click "Cancel" under the product's name. Simple!
You can add or remove products, change the upcoming Send Date of your shipment, and adjust how often your ScrubScription™ ships over at your Profile page. Just click on the section you'd like to change and take it from there.
No worries! If your order was processed reach out to us ASAP and we will attempt to stop the package from going out.
The reason we might be unable to stop it is because we work with a 3rd party fulfillment center and once the order goes into their system, its tough to cancel it as it hinders their workflow process.
In that case, simply wait to receive your order and then initiate a return. We will refund your order in full once we receive your package back. Remember return shipping is always free!
Yes! We will send an email reminder 3 days prior to your next shipment. You can log into your account and adjust or cancel deliveries as you please!
No worries! The resason that no account is showing up under your email is because after an order is placed, we send a verification email in addition to the order confirmation email.
If the link in the verification is not clicked, an account is not registered in our system.
In that case simply send us an email and we will fix it. In fact we have pre-written an email below that you can just copy and send to us :) (Feel free to edit it)

We hate to see you go! You can cancel your ScrubScription™ on Your Details page of your Profile by clicking "Cancel Plan" on the bottom-left of the screen.
Don't love what you received? No problem! We offer unlimited exchanges for all products except masks and filters with free shipping. Also we gladly accept returns for any reason within 30 days of your original purchase.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Refunds for returned items will be made to the original payment method used for purchase within 7-10 days of us receiving your returned items. (it may take your bank additional time to process the refund.)
Due to COVID-19 safety, masks and filters are not eligible for refund or exchanges as mentioned on our product page.

If you paid a shipping fee of $5, then you will be refunded your full amount minus the $5. We do not charge any restocking fees and don't really understand why other companies do that.
Orders shipped within the US typically take 3-5 business days. Once every order is shipped, we send you and email with all the tracking stuff.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. However, we do not accept PayPal or prepaid cards at this time.

At this point you can only get Mandala scrubs from our website. We will never sell through other retailers or wholesale our product to 3rd party stores. It goes against our ethos of maintaining low margins.
EquaTek™ is our awesome proprietary technology that repels all water based spills & stains while inhibiting bacterial growth. It is applied at the yarn level, unlike traditional coated stain resistant solutions. This creates a lasting effect, while maintaining the natural softness of the fabric.
Our technology infused clothing is designed to withstand all water based liquids such as wine, juice, coffee, soy sauce, and many more. It is important to remember that oil-based liquids are not as easily repelled, although they will wash out easier than conventional fabrics. Our fabrics are not waterproof. They are water resistant. This allows the garments to absorb water when submerged for washing.
